Under the kitchen sink there was a dirt floor...we had to fix that so we poured some concrete and closed it up nicely. Haven't decided on flooring yet but we'll get to that...

I'll keep everyone up to date on the renovation of the new house. It's starting life as a run-down 1940's bungalow with 85' of lake frontage! (Correction: It was a Church camp counselor house that looks to be built in 1928. Multiple additions have made it what it was when we purchased it in 2008)
